The Russell Anderson Duncan Memorial Scholarship

This scholarship honors our amazing friend, Rebel Foundation Founding Member and Ultimate Rebel Supporter — Russ Duncan. Russ's greatest passion was loving and supporting his amazing family and cheering on his three exceptional Tascosa High School Children! One of Russ' many dear friends said, "Russ touched many hearts. He was always kind, cheerful, and selfless in his gift of being able to lift up others. He was a genuine inspiration and would effortlessly set his own struggles aside and unselfishly make the focus about others. Russ was always a wonderful mentor to those struggling with their own health issues offering advice and encouragement. He loved his family and friends beyond measure and was loved back just as big."
